Brief
Details from an intimate Thanksgiving dinner hosted in a very small apartment, where details, laughs, wine, and leftovers were abundant.
For Melissa and Kevin’s wedding in Upstate NYC, I worked with the bride to iron out design details leading up to the big day; on the day of, I managed florals, the tablescape, in addition to photographing the event. I wore many hats that day, and I wouldn’t want it any other way!
I partnered with Ash to Oak in creating a piece of lament - it is comprised of a tablescape and floral sculpture in honor of the voices who deserve a seat at the table, as well as a purposeful place setting for Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor.
With an abundance of flowers and greenery left over from an enthusiastic trip to Trader Joe’s, I assembled them into a quick bouquet and visited an alley with a friend to capture their essence.
A quick summer picnic for three on the National Mall, complete with a berry-forward cocktail, homemade treats, and an abundance of guacamole.
Event styling for a crafting-focused holiday party in Washington, DC, where guests created handmade ornaments while enjoying “jingle juice” and treats from a grazing table.

A summer dinner for 12, enjoyed in the front yard of a home in Capitol Hill. Wine was abundant, laughs were shared, and the night lingered long after the candles blew out.
