A real estate process built like a creative studio.

Whether you're selling or searching, my background in architecture and photography shapes how we will work together at every step – not just how I talk about a home, but how I see it, sell it, and support you before and after closing.

For sellers who want their home to feel like a design editorial.

My process is most beneficial to owners who have invested design attention into their space, and who don’t want for the representation of their home to feel like a standard MLS listing.

The journey of working together includes:

Discovery call & walkthrough
Understanding your timeline and goals

Design & staging consultation
Aligning on how to best showcase your home’s design features

Photography & floorplans
Documenting and understanding the home’s light and layout

Story-driven marketing & launch
Strategic thinking on how to position & promote your home within the market

Offers, negotiation, & closing
Guiding you through the process once the home is listed for sale

For buyers who want to source a home with polish & patina.

Whether you are looking to find a new home for your growing family or to source a gem of a pied-a-terre in Georgetown, I partner best with buyers who share an appreciation for build quality, thoughtful details, and spaces with both soul & style.

The journey of working together includes:

Intro call
Understanding your taste, must-haves, and dealbreakers

Curated search
Filtering through listings, both on market and off market, for architectural qualities, in addition to SF & price

Private showings
Looking closely at build quality & renovation potential

Offer strategy & negotiation
Helping you get the home that you’ve set your heart on

Closing
Navigating the nuances after going under contract

Design vision
Connecting you with the right design partners once you have the keys!

Case Studies

602 East Capitol, represented buyer‍ ‍

After closing, I created a design deck for the homeowners that organized all of their initial visions, and made strategic recommendations to interior designers, architects, & GCs who could help to kick off the project. I joined for some of those initial walkthroughs after closing as well.

1000 Independence Ave SE, represented seller

This home was already in pristine condition – the opportunity was in capturing it in a way that honored the design investment the homeowners made. I brought in an interiors stylist to help curate the space on photoshoot day; the owners walked away with a successful sale, as well as a beautiful, lasting record of their home.

920 South Carolina Ave SE, represented buyer

Some of the best homes are secured off market. In this case, I helped my buyers secure this gem of a home on the Hill before anyone else. I knew from a design perspective that there wouldn’t be anything else like it available for a while, and that the moment it did hit the market, it would go for over asking.

FAQ

Do I need to be design-obsessed to work with you?

Not necessarily, but I promise this is more fun if a little architectural patina excites you rather than scares you. My sweet spot is homes with real character, so if you're dead-set on new construction, there may be an agent better suited to that search – and I'm happy to point you toward one.

What if we aren’t the right fit?

Totally fine – I'd rather make a good match than force one, and I'm always happy to introduce you to someone in my network.

Not ready to talk just yet?

That's ok! I recommend joining my newsletter in the meantime. Each week, I share my picks for the prettiest, most well-designed real estate in the area – so that you don't have to sort through it all to find the gems. Plus a few of my favorite spots to eat, shop, and explore around town.
