Paris / a catalog of my favorite shops
Nothing, truly nothing, beats the shopping in Paris. Every street and alley is lined with a bit of retail magic – gorgeous storefronts, whimsical interiors, thoughtful merchandising, and unique finds. Though I do like to keep a list of “things I am shopping for” so that I don’t get too off track with my credit card, I love to wander and see which storefronts catch my eye, meandering inside to often find a treasure trove of surprises. One recommendation: when you are in a lovely shop, be sure to ask the person working there if they have recommendations for similar spots! This is a great way to find off-the-beaten-path finds and a fabulous conversation starter. Already looking forward to updating this list on future trips!
