12 Under $25 Tabletop Treats from Target
I wanted to say that Thanksgiving totally snuck up on me this year, but it didn’t - the seasons this year have unfolded a bit more slowly than usual, likely due to the amount of time that we’ve saved from not darting around as much and catching our breath between metro stops. I have already gone through a Christmas candle or two (you couldn’t pay me to break up with my collection of Thyme Frasier Fir candles), so one could say that the holidays have started early for me this year, and though Thanksgiving might look a little different than the epic party we hosted last year, I’m grateful that we are all leaning into a spirit of intimacy and intentionality.
Over the weekend, I partnered with DC-based Occasions Caterers to photograph some items from their Thanksgiving menu – I invited over a few creative gals to my friend Avery’s studio and we made an evening of it! That turkey was truly a sight for sore eyes, and the delicious bites of pumpkin pie partnered with the heapings of stuffing and mashed potatoes got me so excited for big Thanksgiving day ahead. I plan to order a few items from their Thanksgiving Marketplace menu just to make prep easier - 2020 has been difficult enough, hasn’t it?
This year, I am definitely leaning towards dark, moody tones for tabletop decor - here are a few items I’m eyeing, all from Target for under $25!
