Capitol Hill

The Hill is home. In all of the years I’ve lived in DC, I have lived on the Hill for all but 2 years of them. Over time, my community has strengthened on this side of town, and moving to another corner would feel a lot like starting over. I love that the Hill shares some of the similar architectural polish of Georgetown, but with an unfussy, more casual attitude. The neighborhood boasts a buzzing market over the weekends, stately buildings clad in marble, and a generous smattering of restaurants and coffeeshops that hit the spot. Plus, there are 3 metros (4 if you count Union Station), easy parking, and seamless connections to both Amtrak and DCA. The Hill is a corner of town that many of my out of town clients don’t initially prioritize, but somehow they find themselves moving here – what can I say, I am a bit biased!
