Brief
I was tipped off to this gem by my friend Whitley, who has such a great eye for unique spots when travelling. She visited Hudson about a month or two before I did, and had so many great recs, of which many you can spot in the Hudson Field Guide I put together here. Feast & Floret is a delightful, warm spot, perfect for a lunch break or a leisurely dinner. The focus is on Italian-inspired, farm-to-table dishes, which you can pair with a botanically-inspired cocktail or a natural wine from a local purveyor. The best part though: the flower cart near the bar, where you can build your own bouquet before heading back out for an adventure. This spot was so unique, and I’d love to see more hybrid spaces like it in future travels!
