Brief
She Loves Me is a stunning, elegant flower and homewares shop is the blossoming neighborhood of Petworth. The owner, Holley, is a creative mastermind, deeply rooted in DC’s creative scene. The most striking part about the space to me are the emerald green walls - a perfect backdrop for a living catalog of dried florals, fresh bouquets, and antique vases.
We visited on the shop’s second birthday, and were delightfully surprised by a line that wrapped completely around the block - the owner brought snacks out every hour for everyone who was waiting in line! And not just little cookies - fairly certain I heard Kung Pao Chicken mentioned at one point, so you can take comfort knowing that hospitality runs deep in her shop.
